Chief Operating Officer
When she attended the ITT Technical Institute, Natalia had plans of becoming an architect. But things changed. After 15 years of being a stay-at-home mom, Natalia decided to build her career in hospitality. She started at Hilton and worked her way up to AGM in less than two years!
Natalia’s passion for cannabis as a natural alternative to big-pharma medications stems from her son, Evan, who was born with a progressive lung disease called cystic fibrosis. Not only has this fueled her passion for cannabis, but it’s also given her a passion for helping the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Natalia is admittedly a little obsessive when it comes to cannabis strains and terpene profiles. She’s fascinated by all the medical benefits and has spent countless hours researching the entourage effect. She channeled this passion into starting Rock Sugar Apothecary in 2018, which sold CBD edibles and nostalgic candies. Natalia considers herself to be a cannabis advocate. She’s spent thirty years advocating for the legalization of medical and recreational cannabis. She loves teaching others about CBD.
Natalia is a mom to four amazing kids. Together, they enjoy family vacations, movie nights, playground visits, and trips to the bowling alley. Natalia also loves baking, a pastime handed down from her grandfather who was a Master Baker. If she could be an animal, Natalia would choose to be a wolf because of their creativity and ability to sense emotions. She relates to a wolf’s inclination toward being a protector and leader who is primarily concerned with the wellbeing of their pack.
